CR selected our widely popular Roanoke floor plan. After living in her home for ninety days, CR told Southern Homes she liked a lot of things about her new home. CR said “I basically love everything about the home. I abosolutely love my bay window and I’m very pleased with the room sizes. I like that the community is quiet, small, and cozy.” CR also said she choose Southern Homes over other builders, because her co-worker had a great experience with Southern Homes, and said she got the help she needed from Janet Backman and Ricky Peacock.

After ninety days AC told Southern Homes she loves the nice community, neighors and loves the lot with the pond in the backyard. After eleven months, she said she liked the large closets in the bedrooms.

JP and EP selected the Rockingham floor plan, which is a unique floor design Southern Homes offers to its customers. JP and EP have been living in their new community for close to a year, and they to filed out two surveys after three months and eleven months. The couple told us after ninety days they loved the fact that their home ws “built on their own property. They also went on to mention they liked the size of the home and overall layout. After eleven months the couple’s responses remained consistent.
